「【東京】ソフト開発のプロジェクトリーダー※日立G/リモート可」のポジションの求人です

【職務内容】

当社が扱う幅広い製品群(半導体製造向け製品、ヘルスケア製品、電子顕微鏡など)に関するソフトウェア開発を推進するプロジェクトリーダーとして、設計・開発からPoC/PoVをお任せします。

<具体的にお任せする業務>

・社会やお客さまの真の課題を正しく知り、その課題に対するソリューションの提案

・新しい製品に向けた試作開発における組み込みソフトウェアの基本設計、評価、改良設計

・当社製品や顧客から取得できる各種データを用いた新しいソリューションシステムの基本設計、評価、改良設計

例:あくまで一例ですが、新技術を用いた顕微鏡から得られる画像データを用いて、顧客課題を解決するソリューションシステムの設計・開発

・システムの実装(一部外注・ベンダーコントロール)

・顧客先や当社顧客協創施設での評価サポート

・使用言語:Python, C, VxWorks, T-Kernel, Java, JavaScript, SQL

・OS :Linux, Windows

・PLなど開発のとりまとめ経験をお持ちの方

・ソフトウェア開発において、上流~下流まで一連の経験をお持ちの方

【求める人物像】

・リモート環境でもチームメンバー協調しながら業務を進められるコミュニケーションができる方

【歓迎要件】

・OS:Linux

・言語:Python, C, VxWorks, T-Kernel, Java, JavaScript, html

・DB:MySQL、PostgreSQL

・AI/機械学習に関するスキル

・TOEIC500点以上(英語ドキュメントの取り扱いや、ミーティングが発生するため)

【給与】

年収 664 ~ 988 万円

固定手当+等級に応じ、業務手当を支給(予定月給に業務手当は含んでおりません)

・業務手当は30時間分の時間外勤務手当・休日出勤手当に相当する額を支給

・手当額:79,200円~ 本給額により変動・時間外・休日出勤の有無に関わらず支給。・30時間を超える時間外勤務、休日出勤分は追加で支給。

※業務手当支給対象外の場合、実残業時間分を支給

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
