The site of Atsugi-Shi based in Japan belongs to POWER Division. The site has 170 employees around 2 activities. We are looking for a VIE Management Controller for 24 months.
Your challenges?
R&D Control:
You will manage the control of R&D workload and costs by project and by report.
Overheads control:
You will budget costs in SAP and control overheads.
Investment control:
You will prepare investment forecasts, working closely with the user department, and monitor actual investments.
Internal control:
You will participate in the internal control self-assessment for operational processes related to R&D and overheads.
Budget and five-year planning: You will prepare the budget and five-year planning data on R&D costs and overheads.
Reporting:
You will be responsible for monthly closing reporting, budget and five-year planning data to be entered into the reporting system.
Closing:
You will be responsible for preparing journal entries for the monthly closing.
Annual audit:
You will be responsible for providing the information required for the annual audit of R&D and overheads.
Let's Talk About You…
You are graduated from a Master degree in Finance
You already have experience in Finance, accounting or cost analysis/ cross divisional analysis
You have a fluent level of English and knowledge of Japanese would be ideal
You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
You have a good command of IT tools : macro excel, SAP
Spreadsheet analysis is a plus
