仕事内容:

[会員制クラブ]で楽しくお仕事♪

【大人の隠れ家的雰囲気】お洒落で温かみのある空間。 カラオケがなく、落ち着いてゆっくり会話を楽しむのがメインです

【お仕事内容】

・お客様との接客、お酒の乾杯

・ドリンク作成(水割りなど)

・灰皿の交換(卓上での交換)

※フロアには黒服スタッフがおりますので、灰皿の補充やボトルの追加など、声をかけてお願いして対応してもらいます。

RAISEで働き始めたきっかけは、以前のお店で一緒に働いていたママが、新しくRAISEを立ち上げるタイミングで声をかけてくれたことでした。

ママの人柄が本当に素敵で、「この人に付いていきたい」と心から思えたので、迷わず一緒に移籍することを決めたんです。

RAISEに移ってからもう2年が経ちますが、その気持ちは今も変わりません。

もちろん、ママはお店のオーナーとして厳しく言ってくれる場面もあります。でも、それ以上に私たちスタッフをしっかり受け止めてくれる温かさがあって、ついていきたくなるんですよね。酔ったときのママはちょっと天然で、そのギャップも可愛くて癒されます(笑)。

ママのそんな人柄のおかげか、お店の雰囲気もとても良くて、キャスト同士がギスギスすることもありません。

夜のお店では珍しく、プライベートでも一緒にごはんに行ったり、旅行に行くような仲の良いキャストもいるくらいです。

シフトも柔軟に対応してもらえるので、私は昼のお仕事と両立しながら無理なく働けています。

他にもWワークで頑張っている女の子が多いですが、みんなが長く続けられているのは、きっと働きやすさがあるからだと思います。

アピールポイント:

・顧客単価は40,000~50,000円。

・紹介のみの"完全会員制"なので マナーの悪い方の来店の心配がありません。

お客様は、会社経営者などが多いので、 お客様の質がとても良い方が多いです。

・席数は、ボックス席が5か所、カウンターに数席。
