A. Resolve Cases - resolve technical issues and queries from customer on FPGA, SoC and embedded (x86 & Arm) products
Handle and effectively manage a high number of cases to resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction scores
Perfect general debugging skills for entire spectrum of cases within your skillset
Resolve difficult, and a few deeply complex cases independently in an efficient manner
Pull in additional assistance when appropriate
B. Resolve escalations in your area of expertise
Develop advanced skills in a small number of expertise areas
Handle drop-in questions from peers
Work with broader team across the globe to resolve technical issue
C. Problem solving and debugging
Resolve complex cases through advanced debugging
Apply knowledge across multiple product areas to resolve multi-faceted customer issues
Key Technical Skills
Embedded x86 experience, prefer experience on Embedded EPYC/Ryzen family
Understanding of x86 BIOS/Firmware/EDK
Has good knowledge of x86 architecture and design and debug flow
Experience on IP protocol knowledge (Ex. PCIe, Ethernet)
Open minded to learn new skillset
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or other relevant fields
Language Requirements
Business level in Japanese
Business level in English
