2026年3月オープン予定の新規デイサービスにて、施設長業務全般をお任せします。 他の生活相談員や介護職員と協力し、円滑な施設運営を目指してください。

介護福祉士、社会福祉士、社会福祉主事任用資格、精神保健福祉士、看護師、准看護師のいずれか

普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)※あれば尚可

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり173時間48分

  • 日勤帯(日中のデイサービス運営時間は8:00~19:00)を中心にシフトを組みます。

休日休暇


シフトによる週休制

年間休日:107日

年次有給休暇:6ヶ月経過後10日付与

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 20万3500円 〜 25万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万8200円 〜 7万9900円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万6000円 〜 12万円

役職手当:40,000円~50,000円

資格手当:10,000円~30,000円

精勤手当:15,000円

処遇改善手当:1,000円~25,000円

通勤手当:実費支給(上限20,000円/月)

夜勤手当:1回7,000円(※管理者業務では頻繁には発生しません)

昇給:あり(能力・実績による)

賞与:あり(業績による、1年以上勤務で4月支給予定)

*固定残業代は、オープン3か月後から支給します。それまでは法定に従い、残業代を支給します。
