営業チームやお客様を支えるアシスタント業務をお任せいたします

【具体的には…】

  • 求人広告のデータ入力・修正

お客様からいただいた情報を、専用のシステムに入力する業務

簡単なものから始めるので、文章作成が苦手な方もご安心ください〇

  • お客様とのやりとり(電話・メール)

求人内容の修正点などをメールや電話で確認したり、御申込書の送付や回収をする業務

  • 各種書類・資料の作成サポート

申込書や見積書、商談に使う資料の作成など、チームを支える大切な業務

  • データ分析や改善のお手伝い

慣れてきたら「どんな広告が人気なんだろう?」といった簡単なデータ分析や、より魅力的な原稿にするための改善提案にも挑戦できます。

入社後はまず「先輩アシスタントのアシスタント」からスタートします。

先輩の指示のもと、データ入力やメール作成といった簡単な業務から始めていただきます

「いきなり一人で」なんてことはありません。PCスキルも、文字入力などの基本操作ができれば十分です

Word、Excel、Google WorkspaceなどのPC操作だけでなく、慣れてくれば、広告作成などのクリエイティブや、関数を用いたツール作成など、いろんな仕事に挑戦することができます。最初は先輩社員が窓口になるので、「指示待ち」で大丈夫。そのうち任される範囲もどんどん広がっていくので、焦らずじっくり経験を積んでください。まずは一つ一つ丁寧に進めることを心がけてくださいね。

※残業あり

※業務に慣れたら在宅あり(週1~2日程度、在宅勤務の予定)

※「9:30~18:30」「10:00~19:00」の勤務も相談に応じます。
