地域の賃貸物件スペシャリストとして、ご来店されたお客様に的確な候補物件+地域に根ざした生きた情報を提供します。ネットでは分からない「この街の魅力」をあなたの言葉で伝え、お客様の理想のお部屋探しを成功に導く、非常にやりがいのあるカウンター業務です

  • 勤務時間 9:30~18:30

上記勤務時間内で1日4時間以上

  • 定休日 毎週水曜日

第2・第3火曜日(4月~12月)

GW、夏季、年末年始休暇あり

  • 勤務日 土曜・日曜・祝日いずれかを含む週2日以上

資格


不動産業界未経験歓迎

  • 応募資格

・普通自動車運転免許(必須)

・パソコン操作ができる方(Word・Excelでの入力など)

・接客など、人と接する仕事が好きな方

・物件現地へのご案内、説明

・契約手続きのサポート(申込書作成・重要事項説明)

・入居までのスケジュール管理・フォロー

・簡単な事務作業(電話・メール対応など)

・物件情報の更新・整理(WEBサイトや店頭掲示用)

・物件の写真撮影や現地確認

・間取り図や物件資料の作成

・オーナー様への訪問・打合せ
