職務内容
プロジェクトマネージャーの指示に基づく進行サポート
契約締結からサービス提供完了までの文書管理・更新
会議準備、議事録作成、資料作成
プロジェクト関連データの入力・更新
スケジュール管理および関係者との調整
課題の追跡・報告、チームコミュニケーション促進
理想の人材
ITプロジェクトにおけるコーディネーター経験
タスク管理・優先順位付け・時間管理スキル
社内外との円滑なコミュニケーション能力
Microsoft365(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、SharePoint)利用経験
3〜5年のIT関連業務経験
歓迎要件: 英語読解・簡単な会話、ITインフラ基礎知識、PMBOK等の知識
条件・待遇
雇用形態:派遣契約(3カ月更新)
勤務時間:9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間)
リモート勤務可能(週2〜3回出社あり)
時間外労働:月平均20時間程度
正社員登用の可能性あり(業績・適性による)
