本部内にて保育園の運営業務に携わっていただきます。

子どもと職員の「笑顔あふれる保育園」を目指すことを目標とするポジションです

各園の訪問サポート

園長、職員面談

法人及び園の企画立案

関係各所との調整や連携

【必須条件】

なにかしら保育の知識のある方

(例)

保育士、保育補助経験

保育関係の学校・学部を卒業した方

(保育専門学校、幼児教育学部、保育士養成校、保育大学など)

【歓迎条件】

・新卒、第二新卒の方

勤務曜日:月~金曜日

勤務時間:09:30~18:30(休憩60分)

※残業代は全額支給しています。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥260,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,000(23時間相当分)を含む。23時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給26万円以上

※上記金額には月23時間分・4万円以上の固定残業代が含まれています。

(超過分は、追加支給)

※経験や能力などを考慮の上、決定します。

※上記金額には月17時間分・3万円以上の固定残業代が含まれています。
