スーパーに並ぶ食品、病院で処方される薬、 スマホに使われる電子部品。

絶対に欠かせないのが「正確にはかること」です。
国内営業の仕事は、新光電子(ViBRA)の 高精度な計測機器を通じて、
日本の産業の「当たり前」を守り抜くことです。
- 募集職種のミッション
あなたにお任せするのは、
販売代理店や、 実際に製品を使用するメーカー(ユーザー)に対する
「課題解決型の営業」です。
単にカタログの商品を売るのではなく、
「生産ラインをもっと早く動かしたい」 「劇薬を扱うので、安全なはかりが欲しい」
といった現場の悩みを聞き出し、 最適な一台を提案します。
- 具体的な仕事内容
飛び込み営業や、強引なテレアポは行いません。
信頼関係をベースにした営業スタイルです。
代理店へのルート営業
理化学機器や計測器を扱う商社・販売店と 定期的に情報交換を行い、
ViBRA製品を提案して もらえるよう働きかけます。
ユーザーへの同行提案
代理店と一緒に、製薬会社や食品工場、 化学メーカーなどを訪問。
「粉末を正確に量りたい」 「爆発の危険がある場所で使いたい」
などのニーズに対し、デモ機を使って実演提案します。
特注システムの企画
既製品で対応できない場合は、社内の開発部門と連携。
「お客様専用の自動計量システム」を 企画・提案することもあります。
