業務内容

  • 業務内容

具体的な工事の受注獲得に向けた営業活動を中心に、

現場がスムーズに進むための各種サポート業務をお任せします。

営業スタイルは新規8:既存2。

営業リストをもとに、まずは不動産会社などへ

電話でアポイントメントを取得するところからスタートします。

アポイントが取れた後はお客様を訪問し、「お取引しませんか?」という形でご提案。

見積もりを作成し、金額や条件が双方で折り合えば受注となります。

無理に契約を迫ることはなく、条件が合わない場合には

「今回はやらない方がいいかもしれませんね」とお伝えすることもあるため、強引な営業は一切ありません

  • 主な営業先例

・新築マンション建設に関わる業種

(工務店、デザイン会社、不動産会社、建設会社 など)

・キャバクラ・ホストクラブなどの店舗

また、営業活動だけでなく、以下のような現場・事務サポート業務にも携わっていただきます。

・外注業者・協力会社の手配、連絡・調整

・書類作成(施工計画書の補助、日報など)

・工程管理・進捗管理の補助

・安全管理・品質チェックの補助

「営業だけ」「現場だけ」ではなく、工事が形になるまで一連の流れに関われる、やりがいのある仕事です
