歯科医療機器・ソフトウェア・歯科用材料など

機材の不具合やアフターフォローをおまかせします

<具体例>

自社が販売した歯科医院などから、

機器や器具について問い合わせが入ると、

電話やメール、あるいは訪問で状況を確認します。

扱う医療機器、機械、器具の仕入れ先は

中国・ブラジルのメーカーのため、

英語や中国語の仕様書を使用します。

英語や中国語の読み書きができる方歓迎

・販売代理店や歯科医院に訪問し、製品の機器設置

・点検、修理対応

・取り扱い説明

・販売代理店やユーザーの問い合わせ対応

・アフターフォロー など
