部署・サービスについて
私たちは、広告配信プラットフォーム「RUNA」の事業推進を担うインターナルプラットフォーマーとして、楽天グループ各社・各事業に「RUNA」を提供しています。
この部署では、全社の広告売上向上を目指し、「RUNA」の技術的な支援や企画・導入推進を通じて、各事業のプロダクト価値や在庫価値の向上に貢献しています。
楽天経済圏という強力なアセットを活用し、国内有数のデジタル広告エコシステムを構築することが私たちのミッションです。

業務内容
・本ポジションの事業内容について
広告配信プラットフォーム「RUNA」の事業拡大をリードするポジションで、社内のグループ各社や各事業部の広告売上成長を牽引していただきます。
この役割では、単なるソリューション提供にとどまらず、事業部の内部に深く入り込み、事業開発スキルを活かして新たな価値を創出することも求められます。
「RUNA」と各事業のアセットを組み合わせ、広告売上を最大化する戦略を描き、実行することで、グループ全体の成長を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。
・業務詳細
広告配信プラットフォーム「RUNA」を活用し、デマンドサイド(広告主)への提案営業と、サプライサイド(メディア)への価値提供を担うセールスポジションです。
デマンドサイドには最適なソリューションを提案し、広告効果を最大化する支援を行う一方で、サプライサイドには収益性を高めるための戦略的なサポートを提供します。
デマンドとサプライの両面から広告エコシステムを支え、成長を加速させる重要な業務です。
必須要件:
インターネット広告関連業務の1年6ヶ月以上の経験(営業・運用・商品企画など)
歓迎要件:
・広告配信プラットフォーム(DSP/SSP/Ad-Serverなど)の運用またはセールス経験
・広告主またはメディアで広告配信プラットフォーム(DSP/SSP/Ad-Serverなど)を利用した経験
・意思をもって業務を遂行できるリーダーシップ
・サービスの提供価値に起点をおいて業務を遂行できる顧客志向
・人とコミュニケーションを取って物事を進められるチームワーク
・臨機応変に対応ができる柔軟性
