仕事内容:
【住宅建設の品質検査・品質管理】
戸建ておよび集合住宅の建築における施工品質管理を担当していただきます。
お客様へ安心・安全な住まいを提供するため、建築プロセスの各段階で厳格なチェックを行い、最高品質の住環境を実現する重要なポジションです。
具体的な業務内容
・戸建て住宅または集合住宅の建築現場における品質検査・品質管理
・建築工事の各工程(基礎、構造、内装、外装など)における品質チェック、および是正指示
・施工図面や仕様書通りに工事が進んでいるかの確認
・品質管理記録の作成、および報告書作成
・現場の職人や協力会社への品質指導、および技術的なサポート入社後に期待するミッション
・住宅の品質基準を厳格に遵守し、顧客満足度を向上
・施工品質のばらつきをなくし、均一で高品質な住宅を提供
・現場での品質問題を未然に防ぎ、手戻りやコスト増を抑制その他(研修内容・教育体制など)
・OJTを通じて、住宅の品質管理に関する専門知識と検査スキルを習得
・業務に必要な資格(建築施工管理技士、建築士など)の取得を支援
・最新の住宅建築技術や品質管理手法に関する研修を定期的に実施

土,日,祝日,有給 この職場は完全週休二日制で、土曜日と日曜日、祝日が休みです。生産状況によっては休日出勤が求められることがあります。また、有給休暇は勤続年数に応じて10日から最大20日まで取得可能です。品質管理の経験を活かして働くことができる環境が整っています。
