【仕事内容】

開発チームと協働して、保険代理店に特化した顧客・契約管理システム 「hokan」の品質保証戦略の立案から実行までをリードしていただきます。

事業の全体像を理解した上で、機能拡張におけるテスト業務やプロダクト全体のクオリティマネジメントに最適なQAチームを構築していただきます。

【具体的には】

QA戦略の立案と推進

・開発チームを横断した品質保証及びQA戦略の提案・実行

・QAプロセスの設計及び継続的な改善

・品質指標の設計と可視化、データドリブンな品質改善の推進

プロダクト品質の向上と保証

・開発チームとの連携による要求整理及び仕様策定

・プロダクト全体の仕様把握及び仕様レビューの実施

・機能拡張におけるテスト計画の策定、テスト設計・実行

・インシデント発生時の原因分析と再発防止に向けた開発チームへのフィードバック

・テスト自動化戦略の立案・実行及びテストポートフォリオの設計・運用

チームと開発組織のイネーブルメント

・バグの未然防止を目的とした開発プロセスの設計・改善

・開発者へのテスト技法のトレーニングや、品質文化の醸成に向けた施策の企画・実行

・(ご志向に応じて)QAチームの採用・育成など組織づくりへの貢献

【求める人材】

・Webアプリケーションにおけるテスト設計・実施の実務経験(3年以上)

・テスト戦略・テスト計画の策定~実行・結果分析・改善提案までの一連のプロセスを主導した経験

・他部門・他部署との協働経験または案件・プロジェクト単位でのリード経験

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
