【大手KDDI関連コールセンター】
電気サービスをご利用中のお客様からの
お問い合わせ対応をお願いします。
- 主なお問い合わせ内容
・「請求書のこの項目は何ですか?」
・「アプリのログイン方法を教えてほしい」
など、内容はシンプルなものが中心です。
- お仕事の流れ
Step1:お電話を受けて内容をヒアリング
Step2:マニュアルを検索し、内容通りにご案内
Step3:対応履歴を専用システムに入力して完了
マニュアル完備&フォロー体制充実
未経験の方も安心してスタートできます
【入社日・研修】
入社日:2026/1/20(火)
研 修:入社日より7日間
(平日8:50~18:00/座学研修)
※座学研修終了後、別途OJT研修あり
※OJT終了後は希望シフトで勤務スタート
求めている人材
・基本的なパソコン操作ができればOK
(ダブルクリックやコピペなど)

専用ツールを使った対応がメインなので
タイピング速度に自信が無くても大丈夫
業界経験・専門資格は一切不要です

給与詳細
基本給:時給 1400円 〜 1500円
フルタイム:時給1,400円~1,500円
フルタイム:試用期間時給1,300円~1,400円
- 試用期間:あり(入社日~2026年3月末まで)
- 交通費希望なし:時給1,400円
交通費希望あり:時給1,300円+交通費
本採用時給(試用期間後~)
- 交通費希望なし:時給1,500円
