The Role
We're seeking a Senior Blockchain Engineer with extensive experience developing smart contracts, open to developing in multiple blockchains and most importantly someone who is passionate about applying blockchain technology to innovative financial products in the real world.
This is a hands-on engineering role with outsized ownership: you'll shape system architecture, write secure and scalable code, and work closely with product and business teams to bring new ideas to life. It's ideal for someone who loves building but also thinks like a product owner — connecting technical decisions to user experience and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design and deploy production-grade smart contracts.
- Build secure, scalable blockchain systems for asset management and financial use cases.
- Work with our backend engineer to develop backend services ) to support on-chain functionality.
- Work with product and business teams to turn ideas into clear, secure execution.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, reviews, and audits.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in software development.
- 3+ years building smart contracts on Solana (Rust) or Ethereum (Solidity), with strong expertise in at least one and open to developing in a multi-chain environment.
- Strong product sense and ability to take end-to-end ownership.
- Clear communication, collaboration, and commitment to code quality.
Nice to Have
- Experience with DeFi protocols, cross-chain integrations, or account abstraction.
- Knowledge of finance systems or payments products.
- Startup experience where you've worn multiple hats.

- Data Layer: TanStack Query for efficient data fetching and client-side state management via REST APIs
- Backend: Serverless architecture using NestJS for API services and asynchronous job handling on AWS Lambda
- Database: PostgreSQL as the primary relational datastore
- Infrastructure: Fully deployed and managed on AWS with Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Tooling: Modern developer stack including GitHub, Slack, Notion, Linear, and Graphite
