  • お店のコンセプト

千代田区にある大人の街、平河町・貝坂沿いにあるお店です。

洋風の空間で「貝出汁らぁ麺」を提供しています。

かつては、この場所でイタリアンレストランを運営していました。

コロナ禍を経て閉業するかどうかというところでしたが、事業部長の私・鏑木が一念発起

兼ねてからチャレンジをしたいと思っていたラーメン事業に挑戦を決め、こうして生まれたのが当店です。

今まで培ってきたイタリア料理の知識や技術を活かしながらつくるラーメンには、当店ならではの特徴がたくさん

・蛤、ホタテ、鶏白湯をブレンドしたこだわりのスープ

・パスタ用の小麦を練り込んだ独自の中細麺

・紫タマネギやパプリカを使ったオシャレなトッピング

・プロシュート風に仕上げた低温調理の豚モモチャーシュー など

他にはない味を追求し、これまでのラーメンの常識を覆すような体験をお客様に提供しています
