【募集背景】
現在採用強化を行っているフェーズとなっており、一部採用業務に対して業務委託のお力を借り、採用業務を加速したいと考えています。
特に直近ではハイレイヤーポジション採用が増えている中で、必要な採用数を達成するための質の伴った母集団形成や、良い候補者に対する個別の選考ストーリーの設計や対応を行う工数不足に課題感を感じており、エージェントコントロールやダイレクトスカウト等を駆使しつつ母集団形成〜クロージングに至るフォローを通じてハイレイヤーポジションの採用に寄与頂けるプロフェッショナル人事を探されております。
弊社より同様の業務を担っている方が既に2名入場しており、その方々とチームを組むか、個別でポジションを持って動くか、社員人事と一緒にチームで対応を頂くか、動き方は状況に応じて相談となります。
採用難易度の高いポジションではありますが、だからこそのご経験を積んで頂ける業務となっています。
これまでのご経験を活かしつつ、エージェントコントロールに限らず、ダイレクトリクルーティングなども駆使しながら、紹介数担保のための施策の企画検討、実行、改善等のPDCAを回して頂ける方を募集しております。
【業務概要】
エージェントコントロールやダイレクトスカウト等を通じて母集団形成(有効応募)向上と、クロージングに向けた個別の選考プロセスの設計から実行を進め、担当ポジションの採用成功に向けた業務をお願い致します。
各チャネルの実運用はもちろん、企画や必要に応じた社内コントロールなどもお願いできればと思っています。
基本的に、週1回30分程度の採用定例を採用担当ポジションの採用責任者(主に部門の役員や部長クラス)と行いながら、進捗共有や依頼事項等の共有、改善の相談などを行い、ネクストアクションに繋げます。
現場の責任者の方々が、採用には協力的に動いてくれるので、RPOとしては「採用成功のために何をすべきか」を考え、担当ポジションの採用活動をリードいただく必要があります。
ポジションは流動的に変化する可能性がありますが、基本的にはハイレイヤーポジションを中心に担って頂きます。(コンサルタントポジション、テック系ポジション、ビズハイレイヤーポジション等)
既に対応している同業務担当の方と連携して頂きつつ、各種PDCAを回して頂く事も可能です。
業務内容

・エージェントコントロール
- 新規エージェント開拓
- 既存エージェントの連携強化
- 注力エージェントの選定と管理
- エージェントとのお打合せや日々のコミュニケーション
・紹介数向上施策の企画・実行
・ダイレクトリクルーティングの運用
- ターゲットリストの作成
- 必要に応じたスカウト文章の作成/リライト
- スカウト配信
- スカウトの歩留まり管理と改善
・必要に応じたレポーティングや分析業務
・紹介数向上の目標(KPI)設計
・定例等必要なMTGへの参加

求める人材:
〜必須条件〜
- スタートアップ、アーリフェーズでの中途採用に関する実務経験
- 社内外の関係者(エージェント、現場部門)と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
- 複数案件を持ちすぎておらず、顧客が求めるレスポンス速度、MTG設定等の柔軟な調整ができる方

- 相手ボールにはせずに、ボトムアップで自律的/能動的な動き方ができる方

勤務時間・曜日:
想定稼働ボリューム
- 週2〜2.5人日(月40〜60Hを想定)
- 固定日での稼働ではなく、上記リソースを週5日でならして対応いただきます
稼働スタイル
- 基本はフルリモートワーク可能(但し隔週に1〜2回程はオフィスに来れる方):
- 但し、オンボーディング期間は一部出社をして頂き、顔合わせやインプットなどができると尚可です。
- 基本的にご自身のPC等を利用頂く形となります。
