まずはタクシー乗務から始めていただき、現場の流れや雰囲気を感じていただいた上で、「運行管理の仕事もやってみようかな」と思えたタイミングでご相談ください。

管理業務といっても、堅苦しく考える必要はありません

点呼や配車、乗務員へのアドバイスなど、日々の業務を少しずつサポートしていただけるだけでも、非常にありがたい存在です。

勤務を続けていくうちに「乗務員としてやっていきたい」という方には、無理にお願いすることはありません
