電気設備設計(兵庫)【プライム上場のJFEスチール子会社/福利厚生】
【仕事内容】
商業施設や物流施設の設備設計をお任せいたします。
- 案件規模:数十億円~数百億円規模
- 工期:1年前後の大規模プロジェクト
※案件はほぼ元請で民間各社からの新築工事が多いです。
※JFEグループの強みを活かしたS造、SRC造が中心
【施工事例(一例)】
・株式会社ハマケイ(本社工場/面積:1,368?)
・コストコ(千葉ニュータウン倉庫店/面積:14,377?)
・Landport多摩(構造・規格:S造 (耐震) 2階建て 延床面積 50,148?)
・ロジクロス春日部(構造・規格:S造 (耐震) 4階建て 延床面積 39,031?)
・水戸中央水産協同組合 水産冷蔵庫(構造・規格:S造 (耐震) 2階建て 延床面積 4,914?)

【事業内容・会社の特長】
同社はJFEスチールのグループ企業です。
JFEグループの総合建設会社として鉄鋼関連分野で培った技術を生かし、一般建築・システム建築・土木等を展開しています。
「土木工事:建設工事=3:7」の比率で事業を展開しています。
総合建築は元請けで担当しており、企画部分から参画しています。
また、システム建築はJFEスチールからの一次下請けで担当しています。
JFEスチールからの修繕の案件が3割、一般クライアントからの案件が7割となっており、
JFEスチールからの案件は、安定的に入ってきており、安定的な基盤を築いています。
総合建築においては、ゼロベースから企画する力があります。
加えて、システム建築においては、既存のパッケージを基にして「安価かつスピーディーに」という案件にも対応できます。
システム建築の手法を導入し、プランニングから施工・メンテナンス・サポートまで幅広く対応可能です。
狭い範囲に専門特化というわけではなく、総合的にサービス提供できることが特徴です。
