【職務概要】
TikTokにおけるライブ配信の「仕掛け人」として、ライブコマースの企画から実行、数値分析までを一貫して担当していただきます。海外トレンドをいち早く捉え、データに基づいた運用でライブ視聴数、エンゲージメント、そして売上(GMV)の最大化を目指すポジションです。
【主な業務内容】
- ライブ企画・構成:
選品(商品選定)、台本の作成、ライブ用スクリプトの最適化、配信スタジオの設営(照明・背景・機材調整)。 - ライブ進行管理(場控):
配信中のリアルタイムデータ監視。ライバー(配信者)への指示出し、クーポン配布やタイムセールのタイミング管理。 - 広告運用・集客:
TikTok AdsやPromote機能を活用した集客戦略の立案およびROI最適化。 - データ分析・改善:
配信後のデータ(UV、成約率、滞在時間など)を分析し、改善レポートを作成。次回の配信戦略へのフィードバック。 - ショート動画連携:
ライブ集客のための予告動画やハイライト動画の企画・運用。
【応募資格】
経験(以下のいずれか必須):
TikTokライブ運営経験
(1年以上、またはゼロからの立ち上げ経験がある方)。- Amazon(アマゾン)運用経験
:商品の強みを言語化し、検索アルゴリズムや成約率向上を追求した経験。 楽天市場(Rakuten)運用経験
:店舗運営、イベント対応、顧客動向に基づいた販促企画の経験。語学力:
日本語または中国語(ビジネスレベル)。海外拠点やプラットフォーム側とのコミュニケーション、海外市場リサーチに使用します。- スキル:
数値に基づいた論理的思考能力。変化の激しいSNS業界への適応力。

- 海外の流行文化やトレンドに敏感で、それをコンテンツに落とし込める方。
- ECプラットフォームでの広告運用(検索広告・ディスプレイ広告)の実務経験。
