現在、事業の急成長に伴い、WEVERSE JAPAN 広告事業室の室長(Department Leader)を募集しております。 多くの顧客を抱えるファンプラットフォームWeverseの広告メディアとしての運営業務全般を行います。自社メディアの広告企画から提案、自社プラットフォームの広告運用、効果測定、レポーティング、改善提案のPDCAを回す業務を行います。契約や精算業務、制作進行管理も合わせて行います。多くのアーティストを抱えるプラットフォームならではの広告を企画できることも魅力です。

◆主な業務内容 広告事業運営業務全般

・メディア広告企画

・予実管理

・ネットワーク広告運用(デジタルプラットフォームでの運用)サポート

・効果測定、レポーティング、改善提案 ※プロジェクト集中により、繁忙期あり ※関連部署との緊密な協業が必要

必須スキル
・大卒以上

・広告代理店、デジタル専業広告会社、メディアレップ、インハウス広告業務を行っていた実務経験10年以上

・Office/Google系ツールの基本的な操作

・Excel実務使用経験(四則演算や関数が使用できる、表やグラフ作成ができること)

・コミュニケーションによって問題を解決し、多様な関係者との柔軟な協業が可能な方

歓迎スキル
・エンターテインメント業界、広告媒体社などのメディア関係での実務経験

・デジタル広告代理店、総合広告代理店での営業の経験

・デジタル専業代理店やメディアレップ

・インハウス広告代理などでデジタル広告の運用経験

・エンターテインメント

・K-POPについての豊富な知見をお持ちの方

・Google AD managerの使用経験、メディアプランニング
