【仕事内容】:
ハウスメーカーや取引先を訪問する営業スタッフのサポート業務全般をお任せします。
営業担当がスムーズに商談に集中できるよう、スケジュールの調整や事務処理をお願いします。
【具体的な業務内容】
- アポイントの日程調整
既存の提案先や取引先に対し、電話やメールを用いて訪問日程の調整を行います。
※リストに基づいた架電ですが、既に取引のあるお客様や関係性ができている先への連絡です。飛び込み営業や新規開拓のテレアポは一切ありません。
- 営業スケジュールの管理
営業スタッフの予定を確認し、無理のないスケジュールを組んで管理します。
- 各種連絡・確認業務
社内外からの問い合わせ対応や、簡単な連絡事項の伝達を行います。
- データ入力・事務処理
顧客情報の入力や、簡単な書類作成などを行います。フォーマットがあるため、WordやExcelの高度なスキルは不要です。
【入社後の流れ】
まずはオフィスにて、業務の流れやシステムの使い、電話対応のコツなどを丁寧にお教えします(OJT形式)。
独り立ちできると判断でき次第、リモートワークへと移行します。
もちろん、リモート移行後もチャットや電話でいつでも相談できる環境を整えています。
