【仕事内容】

マサヤホールディングスのグループ会社、

解体工事を手がける「株式会社ハマーズ」にて、法人営業をお願いします

・ハウスメーカーや工務店への新規営業(テレアポ/紹介経由で獲得)

・案件のヒアリング、現地調査の日程調整

・見積作成、提案、受注までのフォロー

・既存取引先のフォロー

正社員

【契約期間】


試用期間3ヶ月(同条件)。その後、正社員のため無期雇用

【給与】


月給 350,000円〜600,000円

  • 昇給(年4回)/賞与(年2回)/インセンティブあり

固定残業代:あり(給与形態と同じ単位で支給)

1ヶ月あたり4万4100円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
