About the location:

Provide the services required by the entire hotel, and maintain and secure equipment, equipment, buildings, and other hotel facilities.

- To supervise closely all engineering personnel in the performance of their duties. /全てのエンジニアリング部門の従業員の職務成果を監督する。 ·
- To coordinate and, if so requested, supervise special projects and employment of outside contractors. /必要に応じ、特別プロジェクト、アウトソース企業の雇用を手配、監督する。

What you bring
- Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted Building maintenance skill, Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures and job knowledge of all positions in Electric and Air condition, control. Working knowledge is generally learned on the job or through a series of professional certifications./一般的なビルメンテナンススキル、フォーシーズンズ内部統制、ポリシー&プロシージャー、電気、エアコンディション、コントロールについての職務知識についての実用技術知識が必要とされる。実用知識は一般に実務を通して、または広範囲な専門資格によって習得される。
