【仕事内容】

商品開発業務にて、

組織の成長拡大を支える仕事です。

・市場調査やトレンド分析

・新商品コンセプト立案

・試作・試食による

味や品質の調整及び原価計算

・社内製造部門や品質管理部門との連携

・パッケージデザイン、

販促プロモーション企画 など

商品のアイデア段階から店頭に並ぶまで、

全ての工程をマネジメントするポジション。

打ち出しや仕掛けを練り、

クリエイティブ性もある総合的な業務にて

キャリアアップも目指せます。
