仕事内容・求める人物

ホール業務全般をお任せします。

ただ料理を運ぶだけではなく、お客様にくつろぎの空間を提供できるような心温まる接客をお願いします。

『猩々(しょうじょう)』は、食べる米・飲む米にこだわり、熟練の職人が心を込めてつくる、季節を感じるコース料理を楽しめる和の空間。

毎日市場から仕入れる四季折々の海の幸を、ベストな料理法でご提供しています。

米は契約農家が丹精込めてつくった【匠の米】を、土鍋で一釜ごとに炊き立てのご飯を提供します。

日本酒にもこだわり、季節ごとにさまざまな稀少な銘柄をご用意しています。

都会の喧騒を忘れる上質な空間

建物は、3階建て一軒家の民家を改装してつくられた和の空間。

店内は全席完全個室で全10部屋(2名様から最大24名)をご用意しています。

和のテイストを用いた上品で静かな空間は、大人の隠れ家のような雰囲気です。

落ち着いたおもてなしで厚い信頼をいただき、大切な接待で使われることも多数。

普段の食事から特別な記念日など、幅広くご利用いただいています。

  • 三味線の生演奏や着物スタッフによるおもてなしなど、五感で和の雰囲気をお楽しみいただいております。

お客様の嬉しそうな顔を見れたり、味への感想をいただけたりすることも多く、やりがいは充分ですよ。
