仕事内容:

名古屋市南区の医療特化型サービス付き高齢者向け住宅における看護業務の募集です。

<具体的な業務>

・日々のバイタルチェックなど健康管理

・入居者さまへの医療処置

・服薬や医療アドバイスに加え

・入居者さまとのコミュニケーション

・緊急対応など

日勤のみOKで年齢・ブランク不問、年間休日114日でお一人お一人に向き合える施設運営をしています。

45床ありながらも2階建で見通し良く、ケアのための動線に徹底的にこだわった設計です。服装自由、髪型髪色自由なので自分らしく働けます。

◇ 学歴不問で資格や経験を活かしたい方を歓迎しています。正看護師、准看護師いずれかの資格所持でOKで、40代以上、50代以上も応募可能です。ブランク復帰も歓迎しており、U・Iターンでお越しになる方も大歓迎です。

◇ シフト制であなたのライフスタイルに合わせてお仕事していただけます。日勤9:00~18:00、夜勤をご希望の方は17:30~翌9:30も選択できます。日勤のみの働き方も可能なので、夜勤ができない方も安心です。年間休日114日、有給休暇10日、長期休暇が取れるように調整も可能で、ご家庭の事情等によるお休みはお気軽に相談できます。

◇ 月給320,000円からで手当含む、夜勤勤務可能な場合は別途夜勤手当1回あたり1万円が支給されます。住宅手当10,000円は別途支給、通勤手当全額支給、賞与年2回(6月・12月)、昇給もあります。処遇改善手当もあり、頑張りがしっかり評価される環境です。

◇ 食事補助ありで家計に嬉しく節約も期待できます。試用期間2ヵ月は同条件で働けます。

◇ 名鉄大江駅から徒歩5分で通勤にも便利、車通勤可能で駐車場完備なので電車やバス通勤が苦手な方も安心して通勤できます。徒歩圏内に大型スーパーやホームセンターもあります。

◇ 社会保険完備、服装自由、髪型髪色自由なので自分らしく働けます。退職金制度もあり、長く安心して働ける環境が整っています。

◇ お一人お一人に向き合える施設運営をしており、利用者さまに寄り添ったケア、一人ひとりと向き合ったケアができる職場です。

シフト制

日勤/9:00~18:00

夜勤をご希望の方は以下時間帯も可能です

夜勤/17:30~翌9:30
