Your Key Responsibilities / 仕事内容・職責

  • Budget and Sales plan management. Sales activities to OEM and Tier **.
  • Manage quotation preparation, creation, and price revisions.
  • Manage intenal process and response to customers in chage of.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery, etc. with customers and related internal contacts (including overseas)
  • Propose our products and discuss with customers with our application engineers.
  • Preparations for mass production and delivery (documents, prototype delivery schedule, etc.
  • 予算、売り上げ管理。自動車メーカー及び自動車部品メーカーへの営業活動
  • 見積り準備、作成、および価格改定等の管理
  • 担当顧客軸に社内プロセス及び顧客対応
  • 顧客及び社内関係部署(海外含む)との価格、納期等の折衝
  • 弊社の開発技術者と同行し、顧客にアプリケーションの提案・打合せ
  • ドイツ本社、他Regionとの戦略作成、実行
  • 量産納入立上げまでの諸準備(書類・試作納入スケジューリング等)

  • Requirements (Must have) / 求める経験(必須要件)

  • University Graduate
  • One of the following: Sales, development, or purchasing experience in the automotive industry Experience in sales, development, or purchasing of mechanical parts
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with customers and within the company (in both Japanese and English)

  • 顧客、社内とのコミュニケーション能力、折衝の能力 (日本語および英語)

  • Market trend analysis and presentation skills
  • Experience in budget and sales plan management

  • Ability to think and plan independently
