業務内容


・クラウドベース(AWS/Azureなど)のSAPのインフラ基盤(BASIS、RISE、ネットワーク、データベース等)の企画・設計・構築・保守運用を担当。

・クラウドをベースとしたSAPの最新技術や新サービスを活用し、AGCのグローバルな拠点から、SAPアプリを円滑に利用できるようにする。

・クラウドベースのSAPとグローバルな拠点にある周辺システムとの連携を企画・設計・構築する。

・ビジネスパートナーや当社グループステークホルダーとの交渉・調整、担当案件の全体推進・管理。

専門性(必須)


・クラウド(AWS/Azure等)によるERPインフラ構築経験のある方

・業務アプリ基盤のサーバの要件定義・設計・構築のご経験5年以上

・システムインテグレータとの協働作業の経験、あるいはコントロール経験がある方

専門性(歓迎)


・ 製造業でのご経験(コンサル、SIerに就業されている場合、製造業のプロジェクト経験)

資格・語学(必須)


・TOEIC 470点以上

・主にメールを用いて、海外メンバーとSAP導入・展開について、英語でコミュニケーションできる

資格・語学(歓迎)


・TOEIC 650点以上

・欧米のメンバー、SAPドイツ法人と英語でERPインフラ環境の企画・構築・設計内容について、ディスカッションできる

グローバルERPシステムの導入・展開、既存ERPシステムの更改に伴い、基幹アプリケーションインフラ領域の業務量が増大してきている。即戦力としてプロジェクトのマネジメントやリードを任せられる、『SAPのインフラ周りのご経験のある人財』を探している。

ポジションのやりがい


・AGCのIT部門では、これまで数年かけてまずはネットワークやOA領域からグローバル一体運営を進めており、欧米メンバーに加え、東京・丸の内をベースとしながらも英語ネイティブなメンバーも多いため、国を越えダイバーシティに富んだ環境となっている。

・担当するシステムの将来の方向性をメンバーとともに決めていくことが出来る。特にインフラ面はIT部門が中心に決めていくことが求められており、幅広い技術的な知見が必要である。

キャリアパス


・数年のキャリアを積んだ後、適性に応じてチームリーダーや更にその上の管理職を任される可能性がある。希望があれば、ERPインフラ領域以外のIT領域、例えばフローバルインフラ、クラウドソリューション、DX、アプリケーション等を担当する可能性もあり。

・海外出張は数日から長くても10日程度の短期出張

配属先組織のミッション・概要


情報システム部門は、当社グループのIT戦略の立案・実行、情報システム/ITの企画・構築・運用を担っている。

・全部門と仕事をする、各部門に入って仕事をするのが特徴。

・情報システム部は、よりビジネスに近い立場からシステムの構築・運用をするため、一部のメンバーは事業部門等に所属し、従事している。

・システム化企画、プロジェクトマネジメント、システム運用が業務の柱で、社内外とチーム体制をとる。

・自社グループのために役立つITを企画・開発し、効果の発揮を追求することを第一に考える。

・従来の"支えのIT"活用施策に加え、社内のデジタル化を推進する"攻めのIT活用"に注力している。

-支えのIT活用:社内システムの構築・運用、ITを使ったコストダウン貢献策の検討、社内関係部門との推進
