This role is responsible for the following activities

・Preparation of the consolidated financial statements and non-consolidated financial statements with footnotes

・Establishment of Astellas group accounting policy

【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

■Preparation of the consolidated financial statements and non-consolidated financial statements

・Prepare the consolidated financial statements (IFRS) and non-consolidated financial statements (J-GAAP) with footnotes in accordance with Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, Companies Act and Securities Listing Regulations, respectively

・Prepare the non-financial information for the annual security report and the semi-annual security report

・Review the related materials and Q&A for the quarterly earning calls and the annual shareholders meeting

・Consider appropriate accounting treatment for new transactions

■Establishment of Astellas group accounting policy

・Establish Astellas group accounting policies for the adoption of new accounting standards and new transactions

・Revise Astellas group accounting policies in response to changes in corporate activities

【応募要件 / Qualifications】

<必須 / Required>

・University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

・Fluency in Japanese, with business-level English (equivalent to TOEIC 600+)

・Experience in public and/or corporate accounting

・Excellent organizational and communication skills

・Extensive experience in statutory accounting and reporting

・In-depth knowledge of general ledger systems

<歓迎 / Preferred>

・Master's degree in Accounting or Finance

・Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification

・Experience in SAP S/4 HANA, DIVA, WizLabo and other finance systems

・Strong knowledge of IFRS standards

【給与 / Salary】

①基本給:当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定

②裁量労働制の場合:裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000~100,000円支給

③フレックスタイム制の場合:月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給

①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.

②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000~100,000yen, based on the Grade)

③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
