About The Role

Major Accountabilities

‐エコシステムの観点で市場や顧客のニーズを特定し、TAのビジネスゴールを達成する

‐エコシステム内の主要な組織、ネットワーク、システムに関する資料を作成し、ヘルスケア戦略とビジネスの優先事項を文書化することで、ノバルティスがすべてのステークホルダーとより効果的に関わり、価値創造を最大化し、最も重要な顧客との関係を管理できるようにする。

‐エコシステムの観点で、顧客と患者の行動と介入の重要なポイントを深く理解する。

‐ノバルティスのビジネス上の課題、TA 戦略およびアカウント管理活動全体にわたる組織の優先事項を認識する。

‐TA 戦略のニーズに沿って、アジャイルプロジェクトマネジメントリードをサポートするために、エコシステム内での BE&E / V&A / Medicalのエンゲージメント要件を具体化する

‐エコシステムのビジネス、政治、文化、専門的な問題に関する知識を活用して、エコシステムの機会と課題に対処するために TA リソースを調整しつつ、リクエストを出す。

‐多分野にわたるチームやマトリックス型チームを率いた実績

‐部門横断的なチームとのコミュニケーションのために複雑な情報を統合する能力

‐顧客を深く理解し、満たされていないニーズを特定する能力

Language 日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:中級レベル
