仕事内容


埼玉エリアにて、物流作業の一部を委託される事業が成長拡大しております。

そこで、部分作業の現場の作業~人的管理を担う

「物流リーダー」を募集します。

EC(インターネット通販)物流センターにおいて

検品

セット作業

アソート作業

封入・封緘

シール貼り

シュリンクを使った作業

伝票発行、伝票貼り

その他軽作業

…といった作業現場のチームリーダーとして、

  • スタッフ勤怠・労務管理や業務管理指導
  • 作業改善や生産性向上
  • 荷主との情報交換、折衝

を担って頂ける方を募集しています。

作業内容がシンプルなので、物流が初めての方でも早期に業務に慣れて頂けると思います。

一方で、顧客(荷主)担当者との折衝や作業チームへの指示、作業効率が向上するようにメンバーをフォローするなど、コミュニケーション力が求められます。

そのため、法人営業や作業管理領域で経験者をお持ちの方を歓迎します。

また、繁閑の波動によりアルバイトスタッフの募集~採用~指導といった

業務もありますので、小売りやサービス業界でのスタッフ管理ご経験や

人材業界でのご経験をお持ちの方の応募も歓迎します。

試用期間とする3か月間は(助走期間)として、

・現場ではどのような作業が行われているのか【作業内容の体得】、

・どのような目的・目標を持って取り組んでいるのか【マネジメントでの要諦】

・その前後でどのような工程を経ているのか【EC物流フローの俯瞰】

…といった、理解や体験、学びや考察の機会をご用意していますので、

EC物流業界や職種が初めての方でもご安心して

キャリアスタート頂けたらと思います。

(1)普通自動車(中型・準中型)免許

(2)人的マネジメント(例:小売店や製造ラインで4名のリーダー、など)

・物流や製造業界の経験

物流の仕事が初めての方でもスタート可能。

飲食やサービス業界から入社し活躍中の社員さんも多数在籍しているポジションです。

固定時間制

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

09:00 ~ 18:00

毎月の平均残業時間は30時間程度です。

平常は9時~18時の勤務時間ですが

繁忙や入出荷時間の変動により、

出退勤時間が前後する可能性があります。

(例)7時出勤~16時退勤)

(例)12時出勤~21時退勤

※いずれにしても実働は8時間、休憩60分です。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 270000円 ~ 350000円

  • 月給額は事業所長~課長補佐のポジションにて(基本給+等級手当+役職手当)の合算

  • 交通費:実費分を全額支給

  • 昇給:年1回
  • 賞与:年2回

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。

試用期間3ヶ月は(助走期間)として、

現場での実作業を経験頂き、作業内容や目的、全体フローを体得頂きます。

試用期間を経た4か月目からは、

本来ポジション(物流管理職)である

マネジメント職としてご活躍頂く流れになります。

休日休暇


完全週休2日制 試用期間を経た4か月目からは下記勤務形態(完全週休2日)となります。

試用期間中3か月は、

  • 完全週休2日制(土日祝)
  • 年間休日120日
  • 夏季休暇
  • GW休暇
  • 年末年始休暇 など
  • 有休休暇:入社半年後に10日分を付与、年間付与日数最大20日

年間5日以上の有休取得を推進しています。
