The Role
As a key member of our customer-facing team at Kyndryl, you will provide in-depth technical expertise and knowledge of network technologies/solutions to customers, execute sales activities and develop technical or solution-based offerings that establish our reliability and excellence by providing unique differentiated value through demos, presentations, etc. to clients.
About You
We are looking for individuals with business development skills and experience in the IT/network industry. It is also desirable to have a growth mindset and interest in enhancing your specialized expertise and sales skills.
As an ideal candidate, you should be able to put yourself in the customer's shoes and prioritize customer success in your work. Additionally, being open and inclusive when working with others, naturally showing an inclusive approach, is highly valued.
• Translating real-world service delivery and technical solutions into practical insights and solutions for customers
• Practicing a consultative approach
• Proven track record of proposals in the network and IoT/Edge industries
• (Optional) Technology and/or solution field expertise as a specialist including technical certifications such as application data or AI in sub-domain areas
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 5+ years of experience in the network/IT industry
• Experience with proposing IT services to multiple industries' clients
