仕事内容


お願いするのは、太陽光発電や蓄電池、エコキュートといった省エネ設備のご案内。

といっても、最初から「売る」必要はありません。

まずはお客様のお宅を訪問して、話を聞いてもらい、

「じゃあ、もう一度ちゃんと説明を聞いてみようかな」という次の約束を取るだけです。

契約は上司や先輩が担当するので、「売れなかったらどうしよう…」なんて心配はいりません。

若さや勢いより、人当たり・落ち着き・人生経験がそのまま武器になります。

だから異業種出身の50代が、しっかり結果を出しています。

成果はインセンティブで正直に還元。

未経験スタートでも、1年目から年収500万円超は現実的です。

結果が出れば、商談を任される側(クローザー)へ。
