【募集概要】韓国本社・創業40年以上の機械メーカー正社員/営業技術サポート職(設備導入・顧客対応)

当社は、韓国本社にてボルト・ナット製造用のフォーマー機械を製造し、日本国内の自動車部品メーカーを中心とした製造業のお客様へ設備を納入しています。

本ポジションは、営業担当と連携しながら、設備導入時の技術サポートや顧客対応を行う業務です。現場対応はありますが、常駐型のメンテナンスや重整備が主業務ではありません。

機械分野に興味があり、技術を活かして人と関わる仕事がしたい方を歓迎します。フォーマー機械の知識は入社後に習得可能なため、未経験の方も安心してご応募ください。

【仕事内容】・設備納入時の立ち上げ、試運転のサポート・営業同行による顧客先での技術説明、フォロー・既存顧客からの問い合わせ対応(一次対応)・韓国本社技術部との連携、技術確認(主にオンライン)・消耗部品交換の案内、簡単な点検対応

※大規模修理や専門的な対応は本社エンジニアと連携して行います。※入社後、韓国本社にて約6ヶ月の技術研修あり(詳細は面接時に説明)

勤務曜日:月、火、水、木、金 休日:土、日、祝日

勤務時間:08:00~17:00(休憩12:00~13:00)

時間外勤務:月平均30時間

・残業:月平均20〜30時間程度

※業務都合により土日祝日に出勤する場合あり(代休取得可)

・月給 250,000円〜400,000円(経験・能力考慮)
