人事戦略 – 地域の事業リーダーと緊密に連携することで、ビジネスに内在する主要な事業トレンドと課題を評価し、事業の人材ソリューションを提供するための解決策・アプローチを提案。
人事戦略を実行可能なアプローチに落とし込み、その有効性と成果を継続的にモニタリングする。
従業員オンボーディング- 新卒採用を含む、各拠点に特化した入社・バディプログラムの実施を計画・監視する。
従業員エンゲージメント- 地域全体で強固なコミュニケーション・モデルを計画し、制度化する。
地域全体のエンゲージメント・プロセス、イニシアティブ、イベントを設計し、展開する。現場からのフィードバック(従業員の声)を分析し、重点分野を特定し、それを中心とした取り組みを設計・実施する。
従業員育成 -事業成果に合わせて、高い業績を上げる従業員の育成、後継者育成、昇進・昇格などの従業員育成イニシアチブを設計し、推進する。
効果をモニタリングし、プロセスの改善を図る。事業要件を理解し、企業研修と連携して研修プログラムを作成・カスタマイズする。
報酬レビュープログラム、ボーナス支給プログラムなど、主要なC&Bプログラムの導入と終了を管理する。報酬プログラムのROI指標を設計し、継続的に有効性を監視し、必要に応じて是正措置を講じる。
業績管理プログラム -業績管理活動とガイドラインを、地域のESAT、定着、能力開発のニーズに合わせてカスタマイズする。
報奨と表彰 -業績遂行意欲を駆り立てる報酬風土を醸成する。
地域全体のR&Rイニシアチブの展開を管理する。
HR統計、HR課題、機会、育成計画、成果に焦点を当てたレポートやダッシュボードを、合意済みのフォーマットとタイムスケール内で事業部門や HRの主要ステークホルダーに提示する。
従業員の苦情対応および懲戒処理- 地域における会社の苦情処理体制を管理する。
規定されたSLAに従って苦情関連案件を解決する。
必要に応じて懲戒プロセスおよび調査を開始・管理し、そのプロセスが会社および法律のガイドラインに沿って実施されるようにする。
政府対応 - 人事関連事項のすべてにおいて、政府機関、部署、代表者とのすべての取引およびコミュニケーションにおける窓口となり、会社を代表する。
義務付けられているすべての政府報告が、定められた期限内に完了するようにする。
必須の資格:
10年間のHRジェネラリスト経験があることが望ましい
主に日本国内の従業員を対象とした人事制度・対応の運営に携わった経験があることが望ましい
日本語と英語の両方の語学力(書き読み)が必須
従業員のライフサイクル全体を通して、人事分野に関する豊富な知識と経験を有する
テクノロジー分野の企業に関わる業務処理の知見
複数の情報源からのデータを見ることができ、データ/入力を統合し、因果関係を発展させ、重要な洞察を得られる
高い分析力と成果志向の発想を持ち、複雑な課題に自立的に対応し、実行力を備えた自律型人材
理想的な候補者は、あいまいさに対して高度の耐性があることが求められる
顧客管理モデルにおいて強力なチームプレーヤーの職務倫理を持ち、チームメイトと協力し、事業のニーズを満たすために必要なツールやプロセスを統合し、組織内のあらゆるレベルの人々と関わる
