Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)

English follows:

  • ブランドのビジョンや中長期戦略の策定と実行について、GMやVPをサポートする。
  • ブランドにおけるリージョンの窓口機能として、リージョナル戦略チームやファイナンスチームと連携しながら、価格に関するマーケット&競合分析、戦略立案、各リージョンのモニタリングを行う。
  • 部門間横断でブランドの意思決定をするためのよりよいプロセスや会議のデザインと策定。
  • リージョンやリージョナル戦略チームとの連携しながら、ブランドの中長期戦略&プランをベースにしながら特定のリージョン戦略&プラン策定を行う。
  • ブランドの中長期戦略&プランをベースにしながら、新規ビジネス・サービスの機会創出を行う。
  • Support GM and VP to define and implement brand vision and mid-term strategy.
  • Develop pricing strategy based on market analysis / executional coordination and monitoring in collaboration with finance and regional strategy team.
  • Design and manage working process to put strategy into actions and drive efficiently across all departments.
  • Develop regional strategy & plan based on the brand mid-term strategy & plan in collaboration with regional strategy team and each regions.
  • Find New Business Opportunity focusing on service & product based on Brand Mid Term strategy & plan.

    • Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)

    English follows:

  • グローバル組織またはグローバルとコミュニケーションのある組織での経験
  • 戦略立案に関する経験(ビジネス開発、商品開発、コミュニケーション等)
  • ビジネスレベルの英語(TOEIC 800程度以上)
  • ブランドマーケティングに関する経験と知識 (プレステージブランドの経験があれば尚可)
  • Experience in global organization or a organization, which has communication with global (working or academic).
  • Experience on developing the strategy (business development, product development, communication, etc)
  • Business level of English skill
  • Experience in consumer brand marketing (Nice to have experience in prestige brand)
