私たちはミッションの達成に向けて1台でも多くテスラを納車するため、顧客のみに限らず、社内の各部署との連携を密に行い、チームワークを大切にして納車の最大化を目指し日々尽力しています。 テスラを注文した顧客を納車まで導くために、スムーズに納車スペシャリストへ引き継ぐ必要があり、納車部署のチームメンバーだけでなく、セールス部署やサービス部署、輸送部署など様々な部署とのコミュニケーション・調整力を発揮できます。カスタマーエクスペリエンススペシャリストで経験、実績を積み、将来的には、様々な部署/ポジションへのキャリアにチャレンジも可能です。
Position Description (職務内容)
- カスタマーエクスペリエンススペシャリストは、テスラを注文した顧客を最短で納車まで導く重要な役割を担います。テスラのシステムを柔軟に活用し、正しい知識とスピーディな対応で顧客のニーズをヒアリングしながら、顧客満足度とテスラのビジネス成果を最大化することを目指します。
- テスラで成功を収めるためにはお客様へ特別な体験をお届けすることや、持続可能なエネルギーに対して関心を持ち、エネルギーに満ち溢れ、常に効率よく業務遂行するための努力を怠らないことが大切です。個人での功績も大いに大切ですが、最高の業績を出すためにはチームワークが必要不可欠です。私たちは周りの人を成長させチームにいい影響を与えるチームプレイヤーに価値を置きます。
Responsibilities (責任範囲)
- テスラを注文した顧客に対し、納車までのプロセスをスムーズに案内し、必要な情報を迅速に提供または取得する。
- 購入後のサポートを確実にスピーディに実行し、スムーズに納車スペシャリストへ引き継ぎをする。
- 顧客からの問い合わせに対応し、正確な知識をもとに信頼関係を構築する。
- テスラのシステムを活用し、顧客データを管理・分析しながら最適なサポートを行う。
- 顧客満足度向上のため、顧客の声を収集し、改善提案を社内にフィードバックする。
- 納車台数の最大化を目指し、社内の各部署と密接に連携し、チームワークを発揮する。
- 納車プロセスの効率化や課題解決に向けた取り組みを積極的に提案・実行する。
Requirements
- 2年以上の実務経験、サービスを中心とした業界での目標を達成した実績(自動車の専門知識は必須ではありません)。
- 組織的な行動が可能でコミュニケーションに長けている。
- 積極的にチームに貢献し、目標の達成に熱心であること。
- 問題解決能力、複数のプロジェクトに優先順位をつけ、ビジネスに不可欠な期限を厳守する能力を持っていること。
- 細かいことに気づくことができ、レポーティングツールを駆使することができる。
- ポジティブで熱心なマインドセットを持っている。
- 協力しやすい関係性を作り、尊敬され、ほかの従業員が一緒に仕事をしたいと思われるような人である。
- 普通運転免許証を保持し、2年以上の運転経歴があり、無事故無違反であること。
