- 未経験から活躍できるラウンダー(司法書士のサポート)
建設に必要な書類を役所や建設会社へ社用車でお届けするお仕事です。
(ノルマなどは一切ありません)

・書類確認、チェック
・取引先へ書類の提出
・取引先から書類の受取
・オフィスにて書類整理
※徐々にオフィスワークが増えていく予定です。
<具体的には>
役所やお取引先である不動産企業や建設会社に訪問をして
調査士の代わりに顔や名前を覚えてもらうことから始めてください。
登記申請に必要な書類の提出や授受などの簡単な業務ですので、
お客様と当法人をつなぐ役割を担っていただければ大丈夫
訪問は1日4社程度で、訪問先は東京都・神奈川・千葉・一部茨城県へ
社用車での訪問になります。遠方はございません。
訪問ルートは事前に決まっているので難しい仕事ではありません。
まずは仕事の流れや、担当者から名前を覚えてもらう外回りからスタートして、
近い将来は企業を担当し、各部署へ指示を出せる企業担当へと成長くださいね。
企業担当となるとオフィスワークも増えていきます。
「司法書士法人」「土地家屋調査士法人」「行政書士法人」を
グループとして、各士業と連携をしながら不動産取引に関する
各種手続きにつき、ワンストップサービスを提供している専門家集団です。
【募集の背景】
土地の調査をしている調査士が日中は外回りをしており
オフィスに戻ってきて事務作業を行っているため、
業務効率が悪くなってしまっております。
そこで、忙しく飛び回っている調査士の代わりに、
役所やお取引である不動産会社や建築会社を訪問し、
登記申請に必要な書類の提出や授受などの業務をお願いします。
ほとんど外回りなので、オフィスでいるより
外で仕事をしている方が好き、車の運転が好きなど
アクティブな方にピッタリな仕事です。
単に書類を届けるだけでなく、仕事を円滑に進めるために
お客様へのあいさつも大切な仕事になるので、
誰とでもコミュニケーションをとれることも必要な要素になります。
司法書士の知識や経験は一切必要ありません。
未経験からスタートできますが、いつの間にかに知識が増え、
皆から頼られる存在になれます。

- 高卒以上
- 普通自動車免許(AT限定OK)
- 車の運転が苦にならない方
福島や長野など少し遠方への運転があります。
※社有車は小型車(カローラ・フィットなど)
