【仕事内容】

太陽光発電や家庭用蓄電池など、

次世代省エネシステムの提案営業を担当

まずはアポイント獲得のプロとして経験を積み、

早期のマネジメント層を目指します。

* 一般家庭への訪問

* 詳細な商談のためのアポイント獲得

* 経験豊富なクローザーへの引き継ぎ

* リーダー候補としてのチーム数値管理

◎ 年功序列なし成果次第でスピード昇進。

◎ 21歳・元消防士が入社3ヶ月で月収60万達成

アピールポイント:

☆ 元・消防士(21歳):入社3ヶ月で月収60万円

☆ 未経験者(26歳):入社1ヶ月で月収60万円

☆ 経験者(26歳):入社3ヶ月で月収200万円

☆ 未経験者(25歳):初月でクローザーに昇格。

【月収】35~41万円+インセンティブ

【想定年収】420~500万円

※固定給+インセンティブ=月収になります
