This position is responsible for building up the media and planning of Rakuten Market. You will plan and implement media strategies for Rakuten Market that resonate with users and optimise navigation.
You are responsible for analysing the media of each service and plan developed in Rakuten Market from various angles, and planning and executing sales promotion and advertising strategies as well as strengthening media capabilities.
Rakuten Market attracts large-scale traffic.Therefore, the job will have a very large impact on users.

Media improvement and advertising analysis of Rakuten Ichiba

Work Environment
Sectional units: 30-40 persons
Groups: 8-15 members
Teams: 3-7 members
The backgrounds of existing employees are diverse.
There is no direct relationship between recruitment and evaluation. We will evaluate them according to their competencies (behavioural attitude) and performance after they join the company.
Mandatory Qualifications
Experience in any of the following
At least 3 years' experience as a web producer
At least 3 years' experience in planning (promotions, campaigns, etc.) at a production company or agency
Desired Qualifications
Experience in launching media and services through internet advertising, websites, etc.
Basic knowledge and experience of web programming such as HTML, JavaScript and PHP (level of ability to check deliverables)
Experience in site analysis and verification using Adobe SiteCatalyst or Google Analytics (experience in building sites together with web analysts is also acceptable)
