Manage and maintain Linux-based servers to ensure stability, performance, and security.
Install, configure, and update software tools and system packages.
Set up and manage NFS (Network File System) for shared storage environments.
Create basic shell scripts to automate routine operational tasks.
Monitor system health, performance, and logs using standard monitoring tools.
Troubleshoot system, network, and service-related issues and provide quick resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and operational needs.
Ensure adherence to best practices for system configuration, security, and documentation.
Qualifications
5+years hands-on experience in Linux system administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar).
Practical experience with software tool installation and package management.
Solid understanding of NFS configuration, mounting, and troubleshooting.
Ability to write basic shell scripts for automation (bash, sh, or similar).
Good troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving system or service issues.
Experience with system monitoring tools and performance tracking.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in global team environment.
Fluent in both Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English (TOEIC 750+)
