NABLA Mobility is an aviation technology start-up committed to driving industry decarbonization by improving operational efficiency. We "Weave" every piece in the stochastic flight operation by resolving the complexity of data. Our product Weave assists the flight operation team's decision-making, reducing cognitive workload.
With this, they can achieve a new level of operational efficiency, while offloading cumbersome tasks to Weave, and retaining command of critical decision-making with reduced carbon emissions.

Founded in 2021, we are now expanding our team and seeking exceptional individuals to join us at this early venture stage as we target the global market.
Develop and implement a strong information security governance framework.
Align security strategies with overall corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
Plan and execute quality management initiatives and operational improvements, including cross-departmental communication and implementation support.
Provide internal technical support, including helpdesk services for PC and software issues.
Maintain and update PC setup tools (PPKG).
Respond to internal inquiries regarding security policies and compliance.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in building and maintaining secure internal IT environments.
Experience with account and device management.
Hands-on experience managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
Experience in VPN server configuration, connection management, and related security measures.
Business-level English proficiency or higher.
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 level or higher (for non-native speakers).
Availability to work at least two days per week.
