株式会社ウエダは、創業74年目を迎える歴史ある総合物流企業です。

このたび関東エリアでの事業拡大にともない、2026年に新規オープンする大手パンメーカー製造工場の物流部門における、出荷作業管理者を募集いたします。

【主な仕事内容】

・パート、アルバイトスタッフの管理(シフト作成・勤怠管理・教育等)

・現場での仕分け作業

・現場の進捗管理

・商品管理 等

製造現場から完成した商品を受け取り、注文のあったコンビニやスーパーのお店別に振り分ける作業をチームで管理するお仕事です。

あなたのこれまでのマネジメント経験を活かして従業員のみなさんが活躍できる環境を一緒につくり、現場の動きを支えながら、チーム全体を良い方向に導くやりがいのある役割を担ってみませんか。

【1日の業務例】

  • 出社
  • 当日の出荷物量や配置人員を確認
  • 現場作業フォロー
  • スタッフさんへの指示を出す
  • 休憩
  • オーダーを全て達成したら作業完了
  • 次の日の予定を確認
  • スケジュール・人員配置などの準備・確認
  • 退社

出社後は全体朝礼で情報共有をした後、パートさんの作業を指揮し、進捗管理を行います。

【研修について】

年内は立川市にある外部倉庫で社員研修を行います。

※就業場所は令和8年1月16日から稼働予定です。

(物流経験2年以上・5名以上の部下をもった経験を想定しています)

交通費:全額支給

シフト制

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

シフト例

・9時~18時

・13時~22時

・実働8時間、休憩1時間

※残業が45hを超えた場合は、1分単位で残業代を支給いたします。

給与


年収 円 ~

月給 330000円 ~

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:80,000円

みなし残業時間:45.00時間

※試用期間は6ヶ月(待遇の変更はありません)

  • 昇給/年1回(5月)
  • 賞与/年2回 ※評価期間中4か月以上の勤務がある場合支給

(7月/12月)

※経験、能力を考慮の上、給与は決定します

  • 地域手当あり(10,000円)※上記月給に含まれます

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。

週休2日制 月~日の間で週休二日制(シフト制/曜日固定相談可)
