[Employent Type] Permanent/ Full Time
[Salary Range] About million JPY yearly (plus benefits )
[Work Location] Onsite /client site work will be expected in central Tokyo. Walk-in distance from the nearest station.
[Work Hours] 8 hours per day (9AM - 6PM with 1 hour break, it may shift slightly. Could be flex).
[Team Structure] Global tech service client, local and global business team
[Eligibility] Relevant work experience/ knowledge, bilingual (business /native level of Japanese and English is required). Eligible to work in Japan full time without restrictions, at the time of application

General Job Description and Experience Needed:
クライアント(雇用主)の顧客のビジネスに直結するインフラの管理・運用をサポートし、お客様と会話をしながら既存のサービス・業務のサポートや新規構築を技術面でリードいただきます。NWの他、クラウド環境、仮想化基盤、ストレージ環境、DB、TOOL等様々な領域でサービスを行っており複数領域での経験も可能です。
【仕事内容]
NW機器の設計・構築および維持管理
設計・構築:新規通信要件に応じたネットワーク機器の構築依頼があるため、要件を確認して設計・構築
維持管理:お客様要件による事前調査および設定変更・障害対応・原因調査・パフォーマンス分析などネットワーク運用に関わる業務
使用する主な機:
ルータ・スイッチ Cisco IOS
ファイアウォール Cisco ASA、Juniper SRX
ロードバランサ F5 BIG-IP、Citrix ADC
その他 WAF、DNSサーバ、SMTPサーバ など

・NWの基礎知識の保有

・FWの構築経験
・構築資料の作成経験
