この仕事は、法令を正しく読み解き、

図面の意図や設計の背景までくみ取る力が求められる、専門性の高いポジションです。

【業務内容】

新築の戸建住宅やマンション等共同住宅などの「法適合予備審査業務」をお任せします。

建築基準法・品確法などの法規を満たしているかの確認、

申請された設計図や資料をみて審査を行うポジションです。

入社後は「建築基準適合判定資格者」の資格を生かしていただきます。

<仕事の流れ>

1.ハウスメーカーやディベロッパーなどから申請依頼を受ける

2.申請書や設計図などの必要書類をお預かりする

3.書類や資料が建築基準法の法規や条例に適合しているかをチェック

4.問題なければ「確認済証」などを交付

※業務の内訳は、書類審査(内勤)が約7割、現場検査(外勤)が約3割となります。

【研修】

入社後、名古屋本社での研修がございます。(1〜3か月間程度)

研修中の必要経費(交通費・滞在費)は会社が負担いたします。

※研修者大阪や静岡から通われている方もいらっしゃいます。

【お任せしたい仕事】

下記の業務に携わっていただきます。

・確認審査:設計図や申請書類が建築基準法・品確法などに適合しているかを確認

・中間検査:工事着工後に、建築中の建物が設計図通りに施工されているかを現場で確認

・完了検査:竣工後、完成した建築物が建築基準法や条例を遵守しているかを審査

問題がなければ、「検査済証」などの必要書類を交付します。

これらの業務を通じて、建築物の安全性や社会的信頼性を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。

9:00〜17:00 (実働7時間)

初年度年収想定 400万円〜800万円

月給32万円〜47万円(建築基準適合判定資格者等の資格手当含む)+各種手当+賞与年2回
