【具体的には】
新規アポイント獲得
- 電話、メール、マーケティングチームと連携したウェビナー等でリード獲得
商談
- 訪問またはwebにて、訴求から顧客課題の深掘り・提案の繰り返し
PoCおよびクロージング対応
- 本契約前にPoC(実証実験)を行うケースが大半
- プロジェクトチームを組成し対応(プロジェクトマネージャー、データサイエンティスト、開発担当者等をアサイン)
アップセル・クロスセル
- 既存契約を入り口にアップセル、クロスセル
- アフターフォローはカスタマーサクセスチームのメインミッションだが顧客担当として協働
※業種ごとに特性あり
・大手金融機関は既に多数の取引があるため、アップセル・クロスセルのウェイトが高い
・一般企業は開拓途上のため、新規営業のウェイトが高い
【求める人材】
・大手金融機関向け営業の経験者
・下記のうち1つ以上あてはまる方
∟ B2B領域における営業としての目標達成の実績(ルート営業はNG)
∟ ソリューション営業経験
∟ プロジェクトマネージャー経験
∟ ITリテラシー(たとえば、IT関連資格(G検定、ITパスポート等)取得等の自己研鑽)

【給与】
年収800~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
