仕事内容

  • お仕事内容

携帯や身の回りのデジタル機器に関するお困りごとを解決するお仕事です。

有料プランにお申込みされている方からのお問合せ対応となります。

未経験の方でも、パソコンの基本操作+文字入力ができれば可

もちろんサポートセンター経験者も歓迎

しっかりとした研修制度がありますので未経験でも安心です

【具体的なお仕事内容】

・携帯の設定に関する問い合わせ

・周辺機器(PC,プリンター,タブレット等)に関するお問い合わせ

・その他付帯作業

~お問合せ例~

・インターネットやルーターの接続設定

・パソコンへ写真のデータを移したい

・プリンタの初期設定

・アプリのダウンロード方法

【研修について】

・研修期間:1ヶ月程度

・10日の座学研修、10日程度のOJT研修

・勤務時間:8:45~18:00

※研修後もフォローアップをしっかりと行いますので安心です

※困ったときは、先輩社員が手厚くフォローを行います

【服装について】

男性、女性ともにオフィスカジュアル

(オフィスネイル、ピアス可)

地下通路を通って行けるアクセスの良さです

・バイク、車通勤可(駐車場は個人で用意となります)

月収例 200,390円+交通費

残業 1,438円x5時間=7,190円
